Collection: Green Aluminum Oxide Sandpaper

Green Aluminum Oxide is the everyday disc, the one you go through by the box on softwoods, plywood, poplar, pine and painted surfaces where ceramic is more disc than the job needs. The aluminum oxide grain gives a sharp, predictable cut on a resin-backed film, and because it costs less per disc, there is no reason to be careful about how many you use.

These are dry-use discs. The 5" (125mm) 8-hole pattern runs P40 through P1200 and fits standard random orbital sanders from Bosch, Makita, DeWalt and others. The 6" (150mm) 49-hole pattern runs P40 through P400 and is built for Festool's multi-hole extraction. Both use hook-and-loop backing for fast changes.

Sanding bare wood before stain or paint? P80 to P120 to flatten, P180 to P220 to finish. Packs of 10, 25 and 50.
