Project Packs

A project pack is one job's worth of discs in one box, with the grit sequence already sorted out for you. No guessing which grits you need or ending up with forty discs of the one you use least.

Workhorse packs run P40 through P150, the coarse and medium grits that do the heavy lifting: stripping old finish, flattening glue-ups and milling marks, and shaping. Fine Finish packs run P180 through P400, the finer grits for the last passes before stain, oil or paint, where scratch pattern is what shows. Sanding raw wood for hard wax oil? The Workhorse pack is the one you want, since finishing past P180 closes the grain and the oil cannot soak in.

Choose ceramic for hardwoods, cured finishes and anything that fights back, or aluminum oxide for softwoods and general prep. Available in 5" (125mm) and 6" (150mm) to fit standard 8-hole and Festool-pattern sanders.
