Shipping Policy
At Orca Abrasives, we know you need your sanding discs fast so your project doesn't sit idle. Here's exactly how we handle shipping.
Processing Time
Orders placed by 2:00 PM PT on a business day are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During high volume periods such as sales and holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Rates
We ship to all 50 United States.

Flat rates apply no matter how many items are in your order. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
Estimated Delivery Times
These are the windows after your order leaves our facility, so add processing time to get the total.
- Ground, 3 to 7 business days depending on your location relative to our shipping origin in California. West Coast orders often arrive in 2 to 4 business days. East Coast orders may take the full 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than standard transit times. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can affect transit time.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you don't see it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, arrives visibly damaged, or is significantly delayed past the estimated window, contact us within 14 days of the ship date so we can file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement or refund sorted out. Please keep the original packaging and product until the claim is resolved, in case photos are needed.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided, and we're not able to reroute a package once it's handed to the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out before reshipping, and additional shipping charges may apply.
